Cross Country is a team-oriented sport. Comprised of middle school, junior varsity, and Varsity squads, Cross Country competes against area high schools in and around Southern Louisiana from September to mid-November.  The top-seven runners at the end of each week will compete in the Varsity race (3 miles), and the remaining runners not in middle school will compete in the JV race (also 3 miles). The middle school squad competes in races two-miles in length. Cross Country is for everybody; all students are welcome to come out and run! Following the Cross Country season, many athletes compete on the Track and Field Team.  The Cross Country team is coached by Brad Womack and James Potter.
